Our Team
Our Clinical Lead, Cami, has been in post from 2015 and has exemplary clinical skills which enables strong clinical decision making. Her ability to see subtle changes through observation and assessment ensures timely and appropriate interventions. A true advocate for the people living at the Home.
Our Registered Manager, Hayley (RNA) has been in post from 2006 and became our RM in 2011. Her dedication, understanding, ability and insight make her the diplomatic leader of the Home. She understands her responsibilities while taking into account all implications, but always puts the individuals well being at the forefront of her working day.
Lara is part of the Senior Care Team, and has been in post since 2006. Her skill set is varied and far reaching, managing to enrich the lives of the people she cares for. Her adaptability and understanding of different needs of the people living here is one of her many excellent attributes.
Natalia is also part of the Senior Care Team and has been in post since 2019. Her positive disposition and happy nature are qualities that help make the "Care Home" a Home. Her willingness and dedication in making sure people are content and comfortable are invaluable qualities.
Lizzy is Part of Senior Management and a qualified physiotherapist. Her genuine compassion for peoples' wellbeing and dedication for improving quality of life are the driving forces for her work. She also plays a key role in keeping the service safe in many different capacities.
Lesley is our Activities Co-ordinator and has been part of our team since 2021. In the very short time Lesley has been with us she has shown wonderful ability in enriching the lives of the people at the Home. The activity schedule is full and varied.
